About the event

From snowy peaks to ice-filled glacial lakes you will be immersed in South Islands majestical but rugged beauty. Photographing the South Island in winter is pure magic. The 'cold weather' months in New Zealand, you will need warm clothing for the days, evenings and nights.


6 or 11 nights quality accommodation in Christchurch, Greymouth, Fox Glaxier, Lake Wanaka, Queenstown, Twizel, Lake Wanaka & Lake Tekapo.

Novices to experienced photographers are all welcome on our New Zealand adventure photography tours. The tour is limited to 8 participants to ensure each attendee has time to work with the instructor. 

This is a learning-focused tour and all instruction takes place in-the-field in a relaxed and personal manner. We encourage stepping outside your comfort zone to learn new techniques and produce striking, powerful compositions. 


Locations: Christchurch, Greymouth, Fox Glaxier, Franz Josef Glacier, Hokitika, Lake Pukaki, Lake Hawea, Lake Matheson, Lake Wanaka, Queenstown.

 Twizel, Lake Tekapo.

Price includes accommodation and transportation, excludes airfares and meals.

Our tour will start and end in Christchurch(12 days only). The 7 day tour will start in Christchurch and end in Queenstown.

On the first day, we can pick you up from your hotel or from the aiport. 

The photoshoot locations will be a 5-20 minute walk and is suitable for all ages.
